If you are not our customer yet, but need immediate advice & attention on claim related matter, we are more than glad to assist. However, in order for us to maintain our high service standards that we offer to our customers, we need to impose a basic administrative fee of $50.00 per Claim Consultation. If we are confident of helping you to submit and get approval for the claim, we will advice you accordingly. But, if we do not deem we able to add value to your claim enquiry, we will refund S$25.00 back to you.

To engage our service and for us to understand more about your claim, please fill up the following and upload the relevant doc pertaining to the claim which includes:
-Policy Certificate
-Claim Form
-Receipts
-Claim Correspondence Letter
-Death Certificate
-Medical Report / Hospital Discharge Summary
-Police Report
-Claim Related Photo
-Others Supporting Doc such as Boarding Pass (Travel Claim), etc.
